Processing & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. As a curated secondhand bookshop, each item is individually checked and carefully packaged before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at unboundxunhinged@gmail.com. We'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Not happy with your book or read it before? Don't worry! Just drop us an email at unboundxunhinged@gmail.com, or dm us on socials. As long as you contact us within three days of receiving your parcel, we'll swap it for you!
